Hi Wilfredo,

Thanks for the reply! I ran the troubleshoot on my headset and information technology said "device isn't prepare as default." I opened upward sound settings and fabricated sure the headset was fix to default. I so tried to watch a video, but got no sound at all. I went dorsum to my sound settings in the control panel and apparently my headset is "disconnected". I really don't empathize why I proceed on getting the "disconnected" error even though my headset is clearly connected to my computer. I've even tried connecting it into the other jack but yet got the aforementioned error. Thanks again for your fast reply! I hope I will be able to resolve this issue soon.

I was able to fix the issue final nighttime. Apparently, my Bluetooth speakers were interfering with my headset, then I deleted the speakers from the reckoner, plugged in my headset and information technology worked like a charm!
